Good Returns Policy – Bespoke Trikes Ltd

“No Fault” Returns (i.e. – customer elected returns where goods are correct)

 

  • goods must be in original packaging unbroken and undamaged

  • goods must be in "as new" sellable condition

  • goods must be returned at customers expense to our U.K. Warehouse (although we will arrange this at a convenient time for the customer and deduct the cost from the refunded amount).

  • original freight costs will not be credited

  • 40% restocking charge applies

  • no credit will be given if goods do not meet our quality control inspection at

goods returned and will be shipped back to the customer and be invoiced

accordingly for time and return shipment cost

  • decisions on the acceptance of returned goods lies solely with Bespoke Trikes Ltd

  • no invoice payments to be withheld on goods pending return or in

process ; payments not made in time will disqualify the customer from

returning goods

  • approved returns will be notified and credit notes only will be issued ( no

cash refunds ) against the goods less the applicable restocking and repacking fees ( min. 20% of invoice value )

  • returns allowed only within 30 days

  • returns accepted over 30 days ( solely at the discretion of Bespoke Trikes Ltd) will be subject to a 50% restocking charge

  • only standard items can be returned ; bespoke, special wrapped/ branded items or powder coated items are deemed as custom made and cannot be returned unless there is a material quality issue as agreed by Bespoke Trikes Ltd.

 

Faulty Material / Quality Issue

 

- goods must be in original packaging unbroken and undamaged

- goods must be returned at customers expense to our U.K. Warehouse

- freight costs will be credited if the return is approved

- goods must be notified of as “faulty” within 30 days of receipt and returned

  within 45 days for inspection – after that no return will be accepted

 - no credit will be given if goods are not deemed faulty and meet our quality

   control inspection at goods returned and will be shipped back to the

   customer and be invoiced accordingly for time and return shipment cost

 

Damaged Goods in Transit

 

- damaged MUST be notified on the delivery note presented by the carrier or

  no claim can be processed

- damages must be notified to Bespoke Trikes Ltd in writing within 48 hours of

  delivery

- no credit will be given if goods are not deemed damaged in transit and meet

  our quality control inspection at goods returned and will be shipped back to

  the customer and be invoiced accordingly for time and return shipment cost
